Brunch was SO GOOD. St Germain Spritz is the best summer refresher. Scallion pancakes were so crispy and the B.E.C. is the perfect original combo of egg salad and a crispy bread. French toast was the light sweet treat we needef

Such an excellent experience. Came here for my birthday and had the most amazing baby back ribs and longevity noodles dish. They also had a special cheese cake with plum sauce which was superb. Our waitress who served us (older white lady with rectangular glasses) was very sweet and gave us so good service. I believe the manager also came out to personally say happy birthday which was the cherry on top of my experience here. Thank you Cha Cha Tang.

Always looking for new NY food adventures and this was extraordinary! From the moment you enter the vibe is relaxed, cool, friendly, romantic. Softly lit with cozy booths, mirrors and red accents--it has a speakeasy feel. Every dish we tried was flavorful, and a new take on an old favorite. Dumplings were delish, the turnip pancake was light yet with wonderful exterior crunch. They were out of the signature Peking duck (bummer) but the duck sliders were extraordinary, moist with pillowy yet crunchy buns filled with flavor. One thing the CCT gets right is the combo of texture, heat and subtle favor. The vegetable fried rice is not your grandma's, it has crunch from jicama, daikon, crispy puff rice, shallots and garlic. And the bacon and egg pearl noodles were a revelation--chunks of bacon and creamy egg yolk slathering silky rice noodles. French toast dessert with taro cream was unique. The service had personality; staff were busy with a full room and founders Wilson Tang and John McDonald mingled among guests on a packed Monday night. Uber struggles to find the place (put in 257 Ave. of the Americas or Hancock St.) The understated signage doesn't help you find it but it's a sure sign Cha Cha Tang is a best kept secret soon to blow up. Can't wait to go back!

Definitely recommend the dim sum brunch. Food was so comforting and ambiance great for a group of friends / family or a date! Share some entrees to get a taste of various dishes. I loved the oatmeal congee and the poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and pork belly.

I went for Christmas dinner with a colleague, and we had the best Peking Duck either of us had us ever had, which is saying a lot since we both grew up in Manhattan and have had it in many NYC restaurants. I forgot to post about it at the time, because, well, life happens. I took my mother yesterday for Mother's Day brunch and had another fantastic meal - I had a special, Duck French Toast, which sounds really weird but was fantastic. My mother had pork belly benedict, didn't even offer me a bite, and cleaned her plate. The restaurant is beautiful, and the service is warm and friendly, which, unfortunately, is not the norm in NYC restaurants.

Yum!! I absolutely loved the new weekend brunch menu! The location is perfect & the food so delicious. Must must get the pork belly bao benedict, BEC Sando and the Hong Kong French toast is to die for! Other classics are their scallion pancakes, soup dumplings, crispy wontons, & my friend really liked the smash burger. Highly recommend!
